Manchester United clinched the signing of Harry Maguire from Leicester City earlier this week, and he doesn’t appear to have wasted much time settling in with his new teammates.
The 26-year-old England international joins the Red Devils and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on a six-year contract and will also have an option to extend it for a further year should his time at Old Trafford prove to be a success.
Interestingly enough, with this transfer, Manchester United have also broken the world record by forking out a total £80m, making Maguire the most expensive defender in history.
Be that as it may, Jesse Lingard and the newcomer Maguire have been having some fun on social media in the last couple of days since the Englishman has joined the club.
Lingard has already shared a couple of funny snaps and now he has taken to Instagram to post a throwback video with both of the players featuring.

Of course, Maguire himself was quick to respond to this banter by Lingard and posted a reply of his own, seemingly quoting the exchange that took place in the video.
But this is just a case of friends and now club teammates as well as international comrades harmlessly messing around, and it seems that Maguire is already fitting in quite nicely.
